Duties & Responsibilities Candidate will be required to perform the following: The job requires relevant skills in the following SuccessFactors modules related to: • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management & Goal Management (PMGM) Core responsibility: Support the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and establish credibility with business and team members, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions with the business team. Perform various analysis pertaining to PMGM system and project status to the higher management in terms of system usage, support handling and projects engagement. Key responsibilities: Ability to demonstrate system capability and provide solutions to the member firm queries pertinent to system functionality to resolve their performance technology requirements. Assist PMGM global implementation projects and co-ordinate with the member firms for smooth implementation. Conduct System Training Workshops and help business to get onboard with the tool and guide them from the system persp
