Seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and must be capable of handling both frontend and backend development efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for scalable back-end services.
• Build responsive UI components with React.js and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage and optimize database structures in MongoDB for high efficiency.
• Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Work with DevOps & cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and scaling.
• Write unit & integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using MERN stack.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB (Aggregation, Indexing, Replication, etc.).
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux, Context API, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js & Express.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deployment and scaling.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of unit & integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
• Proficiency in Git, Agile methodologies, and Jira/Trello for task management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
• Strong grasp of user-centred design principles and industry best practices.
