This job is for you if you have passion on delivering, at all times, an excellent customer experience across all customer touch points while bonding long-term business relationships with all of our customers. You will manage and implement Changan’s CXM strategies and programs within your dealership, in both physical and digital domains. You will help set direction, drive change and innovation, inspire and coordinate cross functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience across every interaction. To apply, you should be a Bachelor’s / Master’s with 6-8 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment. Must possess excellent communication & customer management skills, hands-on CRM activities, able to set and track KPIs based on customers’ qualitative feedback and complaints.
