Job Summary:

System Administrator will manage, configure, and ensure the reliability of Newgen applications and underlying infrastructure. The role involves system monitoring, patching, security hardening, and optimizing IT operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain Newgen Core Banking infrastructure.

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the Newgen platform.

Implement system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Collaborate with developers and support teams to ensure smooth application operations.

Manage system integrations with external applications (e.g., APIs, third-party services).

Perform system audits, compliance checks, and performance optimizations.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

6+ years of experience as a System Administrator on Enterprise applications.

Expertise in Windows Server administration.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization (preferred).

Experience in security hardening and compliance standards.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for deploying applications.
