You'll help close sales on the dealership floor, maximizing delightful customer experience on every visit. Management of standard vehicle display, POS and proper staffing at all times will be your concerns. To apply, you should be a Master's, preferably MBA with 4-6 years of automotive experience in managing floor sales, demonstrated passion for people management, understanding of sales best practices and customer retention strategies.
