Job Summary:

Application Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, performance, and availability of Newgen applications. This role requires deep expertise in troubleshooting application issues, incident management, and supporting users across various business functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support Newgen applications (LMS, CMS, SRM, LOS, etc.).

Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Work with development teams to provide issue resolutions and improvements.

Manage incidents, problem resolution, and perform root cause analysis.

Automate repetitive tasks and improve support efficiency.

Perform regular maintenance and patches on the application layer.

Train and support business users in application functionality.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

6+ years of experience in platform support.

Strong understanding of Newgen processes applications.

Experience in SQL troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance tuning.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

ITIL Certification (preferred).
