Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees and clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to devices, applications, and network configurations. Assist with the setup and maintenance of telecommunication systems and office equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT projects or resolve complex technical issues. Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference. Ensure data security and assist in implementing best practices for data protection and recovery. Participate in IT training and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an IT support or system administration role. Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT hardware/software. Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and VPN technologies. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365. Knowledge of network configurations, firewalls, and VPN setups. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. A strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have: IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, etc.) Experience with system automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
