Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to define and optimize business processes related to all aspects of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for all business workflows.

Work with IT teams to design solutions that align with banking regulations.

Create user stories, process models, and documentation for stakeholders.

Conduct system testing, UAT, and validation of implementations.

Provide insights into regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Support change management, training, and post-implementation reviews.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

6+ years experience in business analysis for banking and lending.

Strong understanding of Newgen LMS, LOS, CMS, and SRM.

Experience working with financial institutions and credit risk processes.

Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (preferred).

Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
