Job Description

• Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent • Over all 5-7 years of experience in a similar environment • Should have 2 years of exposure experience in Core HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management and OTBI or 1 year of exposure experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll and BI Reports • Should have worked in at least 1 implementation having exposure to the above HCM modules • Hands on experience in fast formulas and developing reports and dashboards • Should have strong knowledge in HCM Extracts/OTBI/BI Reports • Experience in project lifecycle from documenting requirements to troubleshooting & support for the mentioned HCM modules
