Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Core Backend Developer with strong proficiency in C# to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power our applications and services. You will work closely with architects, frontend developers, and DevOps to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Work with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Implement security best practices and ensure code meets performance and security standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern development principles.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in development and production environments.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of backend development experience using .NET Core and C#.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and database design.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, microservices architecture, and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g., JWT, OAuth2).
